Our horse-powered workshops are available in Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Hyderabad and New-Delhi (NCR region). We welcome you at a unique location in a natural and serene surrounding.
The birthplace of HQ Leadership is a family-owned farm adjacent to the IT-highway (OMR, Sholinganallur). This place will take you back to the good-old-times, settled in a lush green campus with old trees and home to about 40 horses and ponies, you can experience a new and peaceful side of the crowded city. An experience in Nature with modern amenities: The HQ Leadership facility in Chennai provides an air conditioned training room for up to 50 people as well as widespread arenas which are shaded by trees. Even during the rains we enjoy working on a large covered training ground.

The Embassy International Riding School has been partnering with HQ Leadership India since 2018. Located just 20 minutes from the airport near Yelahanka, next to the Dravid & Padukone sports complex you can experience one of the largest and most sophisticated horse riding schools in India. When we assemble in a lush green courtyard surrounded by more then 100 horses you will already feel a special energy! Great weather almost all year round along with on-site accommodation and an international cuisine restaurant make this to a fabulous location for your next Leadership or Team Event.

Situated at the prestigious Mahalaxmi racecourse, you can experience an equine assisted leadership training in a wide open field surrounded by horses of the Amateur Riders Club. The Mumbai Skyline gives the background to our activities with these majestic yet gentle animals. The club-facilities at the Amateur Riders Club will provide refreshments and give us time to reflect the training with the horses surrounded by stables with colonial charm.
Together with Vidhushi Karnani we also conduct Youth Equine Leadership sessions for Teenagers and Students who are just starting their professional career. This softskill & experiential learning provides young people a unique opportunity to improve their communication skills and confidence in a new environment.

The Hyderabad Polo and Riders club in Gandipet (Aziznagar) is a great host for a corporate training, in style. For our Leadership Trainings with horses, this renowned club opens its gates for managers from all levels. An on-site restaurant, as well as a fully shaded horse riding arena provide us great facilities for a one or two day training.
You can reach the IT hubs of Gachibowli or Hi-tech city within 30 minutes which makes this location a wonderful place to get corporate teams “out of the office” and let them experience the unique leadership lessons from the horses mouth.

Of course we provide equine assisted coaching programs and outbound trainings for corporate teams in New Delhi. At the TARC Equestrian Centre at Chhatarpur we found a central location which is accessible within 45 minutes from most IT parks in Guargon and New Delhi. A well maintained farm with covered arenas provides a great environment for participants.
